I have a Dell vostro 200 that someone gave me. I'm trying to share my 4g lte card to the Ethernet. I've done this 100 times on any other windows 10 machine and all I have to do is click the sharing tab and enable sharing on my 4g interface and then select the Ethernet from the drop down menu...
