did it,i still have no sound i have run a windows update after the problem began and it did the drivers thing so i guess its not driver. its not related to windows 10 since i updated long before the problem began my sound settings havent been changed either the problem started sunddenly this...

here it is i have did the driver update thing and uninstalled and then rebooted,but to no use

its showing up like this also the speaker and headphones audio goes up normaly in the mixer though i cant hear it but windows system sound keeps still

im trying to get into my bios to check if my onboard sound card is off but im having trouble doing it the option ofr firmware setting isnt there when i try the recovery method and the button timing thing isnt working for me, do you guys know why ?

no they are not internal speaker,and the sound doesnt work with headphones either but i have not tried other hardware as in other soundcard if thats what you are asking?

i did that and its still not working i dont know whats causing this but apparently its not a driver problem
