OK I've cleared the mini dump folder. Apologies for the basic questions but what should I do now ? Use the win tool as before ? How do I produce the driver verifier dumps ?

Not in the current session, this was before I removed the AV - just wondered if this confirmed it is actually the AV

@kemical I've removed the AV and will see what happens. DMP file attached from driver verifier (or something else you require ?)

@kemical OK I have run the driver verifier, this now causes windows to BSOD once fully loaded up. Please find attached crash report. The first time I ran memtest was for 12 hours and I found 50 errors the second time (minus the faulty stick) again it ran for 12 hours but this time found no errors

As I've run memtest again with just the three sticks in and Ive got no errors..

@kemical OK so I pulled one of the 4gb RAM sticks and ran memtest again. This time after 12 hours I got no errors showing with the three remaining sticks left instiu. But today again Ive suffered another BSOD - any further advice from this dump ?

Hi @kemical Yes I purchased a four stick set, by that I mean four individual 4GB sticks - would you replace the whole set of four then ?
