Doesn't say OEM anywhere as far as I can see despite It came preinstalled. So then, can I transfer both licenses without having to buy a new one?

Hi, My question is if it is possible to change my Windows version between two computers, and if so, how to do it? I want to be able to use the Windows Sanbox Mode, so I need to have Windows Pro to do so, at least thats what i have been reading. I do have Windows 10 Pro in my PC, but it does not...
