I have Windows 8.1 and whenever I press the equal key on my Razer Blackwidow keyboard my Chrome tabs close and then My computer thinks my Alt and Shift keys are pressed. If I press each of the Alt and Shift keys once, then the problem is fixed. I used a different keyboard and no problem, also...
