Does WIN 7 currently have a way to set so that your wallpaper can be a .mpeg or .avi file? I am aware of the Photo wallpaper where pictures you choose change at a set amount of time. I was wondering if there is a way for me to set the wallpaper to be a short clip or a movie.

Lol, so much for on topic. The problem persisted until last night however after a series of updates it seems to be now fixed. Thank you for your help - and yes I do agree that a Clean Install would have saved this thread in the first place :)

It is odd to find a problem with the clean rather than the upgrade. However, I did the upgrade and am very pleased with the performance. I had many driver issues in Vista which are now fixed somehow in the upgrade.

How do you change to the Classic Start Menu? Vista, there was an option when you'd right click the taskbar and go to Start Menu Properties. I am unable to find on this for some reason.

I upgraded this morning and after every start up, I have to wait for about 2 full minutes just for the wireless to load up. Everything else loads up fairly quickly however it is the Network adapter that takes time. I'm on a HP DV3510NR PC. Any Suggestions?

By image you mean .iso right? I downloaded the ISO from MSFT site and upgraded from Vista.

I use Avast Home Edition. It seems to be working without any trouble. Plus, it's free.
