The servers accept only connections through port 21 ... How to connect to a FTP server without using port 21 ? Connection to a SFTP server (port 22) works fine. Is there something to do for unlock the port 21 ?

Hi, I use Win 7 Professionnal for 2 weeks and i could not connect to a FTP server. From another OS everything works fine, but on my Win 7 the port 21 looks like closed. Windows Defender & Firewall are turned off. Where is the problem ? Thanks for your help :)
