The November 6 announcement identifies November 7, 2026, as the anniversary and tells every E-Day player to log in to claim RAAM. It gives no activation time, time zone or claim deadline. This is a multiplayer character giveaway—not a free copy of the game.
That distinction matters: an anniversary date is not automatically an expiration date. There is no basis here for declaring a one-day-only offer.
Two modes, but no precise closing date
The Coalition names two limited-time additions:
- Guardian in Versus: a leader-survival premise.
- For the Queen in Horde Siege: the supply cache is disabled, emphasizing the squad’s loadouts.
The studio says the two-week event began during the announcement week, without specifying its exact closing date. Nor does the cache restriction establish that every other equipment source is unavailable.
The practical takeaway is to review your equipment before queuing—not to assume an undocumented ruleset. Birthday generosity apparently does not extend to keeping the supply cupboard open.
Legacy follows on December 1
Season 2’s named skin is Solemn Memories Dom, recreating his suit from the photograph with Maria in Gears of War 2. Returning maps and modes remain unnamed. The anniversary message also recalls fan friendships and family play sessions, presented as stories shared with the studio.
What this means for Windows players
This is not solely an Xbox-console story. In its September launch announcement, The Coalition confirmed E-Day for Steam and Xbox on PC, alongside Xbox Series X|S, with worldwide launch on October 6, 2026. That independently supports the PC release chronology without relying on a changing storefront price.
For returning players, the priorities are straightforward: log in for RAAM, inspect the limited-time playlists, and keep December 1 on the calendar. Just leave the unspecified deadlines unspecified.
