What was announced
Insight Works says the expansion spans seven countries, from long-established firms to newly founded practices, and that all of them now offer its Business Central apps to their own customers. The vendor's announcement is dated October 5, 2026. Technology Record's coverage followed on October 7.
Insight Works says the new partners extend its support into Asia, Europe, North America, Oceania, and South America.
The company's own description is a vendor press release, so the partner descriptions and experience claims below are Insight Works' claims. I have not independently verified them.
Two points about what this is not:
- It is not a Microsoft announcement. Microsoft did not add these firms to a Microsoft program. Insight Works signed them as authorized resellers of its own apps.
- It is not a Business Central feature release. No app names, pricing, technical specifications or customer deployments were disclosed.
The 13 partners, by region
The partners below are listed as Insight Works describes them.
Asia
- NaviWorld Singapore Pte Ltd is part of the six-office NaviWorld Group. Insight Works credits the group with more than 20 years of ERP implementation experience across Southeast Asia.
Europe
- Bisqo AB (Sweden) is a Microsoft Solutions Partner founded in 2023, based in Helsingborg and Malmö. It pairs fixed-price Business Central migration with support for customers moving off Dynamics NAV.
- Navet Aktiebolag (Sweden) operates as Aderian Navet. Insight Works credits it with more than three decades of Business Central experience and industry solutions for equipment rental and process manufacturing.
- Jeremy Coulibaly Consulting (Netherlands) is an Amsterdam-based supply chain consultancy serving small and mid-market companies across Europe.
North America, Canada
- CGI is the global IT and business consulting firm founded in Quebec City in 1976. It is extending its Microsoft Solutions Partner practice with Insight Works' applications.
- Synergia365 Consulting Inc. is based in Laval, Quebec. It specializes in Business Central for manufacturing and distribution, with English and French support.
North America, United States
- Alletec USA Inc. is based in Irving, Texas. Insight Works cites 25 years of Dynamics experience, more than 1,000 clients and 2026-27 Inner Circle recognition for Microsoft AI Business Solutions.
- Century Solutions Group is an Atlanta managed IT services provider founded in 1996. It is adding Business Central and Insight Works apps to its portfolio.
- DynaSum Private Limited is a newly established technology and business transformation firm headquartered in Sheridan, Wyoming.
- Grey Matters is a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider with more than 40 years in software and cloud services. It supports Dynamics 365, including Business Central, alongside Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Naviona LLC is a multi-state manufacturing and distribution specialist. It brings mobile shop-floor and manufacturing-execution capabilities to Business Central.
Oceania
- Connexxione Pty Ltd (Australia) is listed for fixed-price Business Central implementations with standardized delivery packages. Technology Record says the firm operates mainly as ConnexxiOne and will support Australia and New Zealand. Insight Works' own list names only Australia, so New Zealand does not count as an extra country in the seven-country tally.
South America
- Aldea (Tecnologías Informáticas Integradas SA), Argentina is a Buenos Aires firm with more than 30 years of Latin American technology consulting experience. It combines Business Central with Power BI and Power Automate.
The seven countries are Sweden, the Netherlands, Canada, the United States, Singapore, Australia and Argentina. By the vendor's grouping, the US accounts for five of the 13 partners.
Why this matters for Business Central shops
Business Central customers usually buy through a partner, not directly from the app vendor. An ISV's reach therefore depends on its resellers. The company says each new partner is an authorized reseller able to offer, sell, and support the apps for its own customers. The practical result is more local choice for companies that want Insight Works' apps.
The list also shows a mix of partner types:
- Large consultancies. CGI is the obvious example.
- Managed service providers. Century Solutions Group adds Business Central to an IT services business.
- Niche specialists. Several firms focus on manufacturing and distribution.
- A brand-new practice. Bisqo was founded in 2023, and DynaSum is described as newly established.
The Dynamics NAV migration angle at Bisqo deserves a mention. NAV is Business Central's predecessor, and migrations are a recurring partner service line. Aldea's pairing of Business Central with Power BI and Power Automate is a reminder that many deployments sit alongside the wider Power Platform.
A recurring monthly announcement
This is not a one-off. Insight Works regularly publishes partner-onboarding notices. Its own releases show earlier rounds of 13 partners (August 2024), 12 (September 2024), 13 (November 2024) and 13 (April 2025). A separate announcement said it added three partners in August 2026. Thirteen in a month is therefore in line with past batches, not an unusual spike. The company's description of the network as comprising over 800 global Microsoft Partners is its own figure and not separately verified.
Caveats
- Coverage is not guaranteed. The announcement does not say every partner offers the same services or covers the same geography.
- No Microsoft certification claim covers everything. The company cites individual credentials, such as Solutions Partner status or Inner Circle recognition, but it does not say every partner is certified for every capability mentioned.
- The quote is promotional. Melonie Wood, partner success manager, said the new partners are a testament to the products the company builds. That is a view from the vendor and not evidence of customer outcomes.
What to do if you are a Business Central customer
- Check whether your existing Microsoft partner is already an Insight Works reseller before looking elsewhere.
- If you are shopping for a partner, ask for the specific Insight Works apps, a list of reference customers in your industry, and the support hours and languages offered.
- For a NAV migration, ask about fixed-price scoping and what the fixed price excludes.
Bottom line
Thirteen more resellers in seven countries widens the places where Business Central users can buy and get support for Insight Works apps. The announcement gives no product details, pricing or outcomes, so treat it as a directory update. Anyone evaluating a partner should confirm scope and references directly.
