Newer stable version found: Safari 18.4 (released March 31, 2025) for macOS Ventura and macOS Sonoma. Apple’s release notes are published as the Safari 18.4 security content page, which lists fixes including WebAuthn credential protection and multiple Safari/WebKit vulnerability fixes. Download/install is provided by Apple only via updating macOS (Safari is included with the OS); the authoritative vendor instructions are on Apple Support’s “Update to the latest version of Safari” page.
