Rufus 4.11

Newer stable version found: Rufus 4.11 (released 2025-10-02). Release notes highlights: added cheat mode (Ctrl-Alt-D) to toggle Light/Dark mode; improved WUE option text for the CA 2023 option; updated Linux SBAT / Microsoft SVN Secure Boot revocation values; fixed GRUB/Syslinux download dialogs showing only 'Close'; fixed an assert with WUE CA 2023 option alone; fixed a crash on systems with a failed dynamic disk.

Rufus 4.6 introduces several enhancements, including a new setup.exe wrapper to bypass Windows 11 24H2 in-place upgrade restrictions, improved support for ReactOS boot media, and fixes for issues related to writing compressed VHD images and invoking Rufus from the PowerShell command line.
