Sonny is correct. After a hard drive or motherboard change, you have to call Microsoft and they will give you a new key. There is a limit to how many hardware changes to a computer. Many years ago, l had a desktop computer and changed the hardware many times and they said l was over the limit...

Are you using the onboard graphics or a Radeon video card? I had a GeForce 750Ti video card that worked fine for two years and it stopped sending video signal to monitor and causing the monitor to go blank. Sent from my LGMS631 using Tapatalk

Update: At first RMA they said the video card worked fine at bootup and returned the same card! I had to get another RMA to return the video card and have them test the card for 5 minutes after bootup and they found a fault and in process of replacing the video card. Sent from my LGMS631 using...

Replaced monitor. Desktop screen stays on for a minute in dvi mode for a minute or 2 then monitor switches to hdmi mode. So it is not the monitor. Screw the damn video card. Will buy a 1050 card to replace the 750Ti card. Sent from my LGMS631 using Tapatalk
