    Windows 10 How to start MSCONFIG and 32bit applications in command line of Windows recovery - low permissions problem

    Hi! I got problem after modifying startup services of Windows 10.20H2 Pro x64. I forgot single value and tried in command line of Windows recovery to start programs allowing to repair my problem. But it needs higher permissions and even WinPE supports not starting other than 64bit...
