    Windows 7 error 42127 fix

    I find I HAVE AN ERROR CODE 42127 AFTER A COMPLETE SCAN--ASSOCIATED INFO SHOWS THE FOLLOWING: IE5\5412joea, IE5\WC8RSQ8J, file c\users\vinny\appdata\local\microsoft\windows\tempfile, also shows: ITUNES64.MSI, which I don't use at all. any thoughts on a fix?
