    Windows 10 cannot format external hard drive

    I have new 8tb external hard drive need use data recovery . I used Rufus to install windows to go. Rufus set maximum size to 2tb. now I want to format the drive back to 8tb. When use Windows format, it can get 2tb. how to solve this issue?
