acoustic issues

About this tag
Discussions on WindowsForum.com about acoustic issues often involve poor sound quality after driver updates, particularly with Realtek audio drivers. Users report distorted, rough, or coarse audio, with subwoofer sounds becoming tremulous or scratchy. Troubleshooting steps include disabling automatic driver updates, uninstalling conflicting drivers, and rolling back to a previous driver version. These threads focus on resolving audio distortion and maintaining consistent sound output on Windows systems.
