    Windows 7 Unknown device in computer/network

    I have a toshiba laptop running Windows 7. There are 2 devices showing in Computer/Network, the laptop and something else with an alpha/num name appear. Can anyone tell me what the device other than the laptop might be and how to delete it? Thanks in advance!
