Windows 10 animated cursor; pulsate always
I'm trying to find a pulsating cursor. It creates a concentric expanding area (you could liken it to a visual rendering of submarine's sonar ping). You can't miss it. Does anyone know where to find this automated cursor? I just can't find this cursor anymore. My eyes are shot. Thank you.- oliver101
