app blocks

The app blocks tag on WindowsForum.com follows Microsoft's roadmap work for interactive app experiences inside Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat. The tagged discussion centers on a roadmap entry describing App Blocks, which would turn a Copilot Chat request into a small interactive app within the conversation, with Microsoft's examples including calculators, dashboards, forms, planners, visualisations, simulations and comparison tools. Coverage notes that the feature was listed as in development with a target of October 2026, that Microsoft's dates often move, and how the work relates to Microsoft's broader developer efforts. It is a narrow tag for tracking this specific Copilot capability rather than general Windows troubleshooting or hardware topics.
