About this tag
The tag 'applcation data' (likely a misspelling of 'application data') on WindowsForum.com covers issues related to the AppData folder in Windows, particularly when users move or redirect these folders to other drives. A common problem discussed is the 'All Programs' menu breaking after moving AppData subfolders (Local, LocalLow, Roaming) from the system drive to another drive using junctions. This can occur after an unclean restart or system changes. The content focuses on troubleshooting Windows user profile and application data storage, especially for users managing SSD space by relocating AppData. The tag is relevant for Windows 7 and later versions where AppData plays a key role in application settings and user data.
