    Windows 7 Black Screen Issue on Startup: AVGIDSEHR.SYS Error in Safe Mode

    This morning I turned my computer on and all I got was a black screen. I then tried to start it in safe mode and it stopped when it got to something called avgidserhr.sys. I left it for 5-10 minutes and then all of a sudden it started normally. Has anyone any idea what this is?
