    Windows 7 3rd party software installation difficulty

    I am trying to install some third party software and cannot get beyond the error message shown in the attached png file. Others have indicated no problem with XP. I am using Win 7 32-bit Home Premium and have tried the install in the usual way and from a bare boot.
