    Windows 10 Clipboard manager not working

    I was really excited by the prospect of the clipboard manager when I read about it, but it is not working on my machine (Dell XPS13). Pressing windows +v does nothing. I have looked in system, but there is no clipboard option. Windows Home version 1803, OS build 17134.376 Windows reports...
