capacity packs

Capacity packs appear in WindowsForum.com discussions about Microsoft Teams events licensing, where large broadcasts and town halls depend on more than the organizer's base license. The tagged content explains how Microsoft moved advanced Teams events features out of Teams Premium for new purchases and into Teams Enterprise licenses, then split eligible licenses into a two-tier events model. Under that model, a capacity add-on determines how far a webinar or broadcast can scale, so admins need to check which license the organizer holds and whether a capacity pack is attached before planning a large event.
