Windows 7 Potential Security Breach: Redirecting During Password Reset Process

Windows 7 File Naming System
I am using WAMP server 2.0 on Windows 7. Due to Windows being case insenstive in regards to file names, MySQL is forced to treat the table names 'mytable' and 'MyTable' as being the same, which they are not (personal opinion).
