Using Personalization to set desktop backgrounds always defaults to CENTER for positioning. I want to use the FIT positioning but every time the background changes (mine does daily) or when some apps run, the system resets the background to Center which fails to fill the screen with the images...

Hey, have tried to look online for this problem, but did not find any answers.
So the problem is that when I try to open Network and sharing center the window flashes up empty and in less than a second it disappears.
I've tried to open it from several places, but it seems like it is no longer...

I merged the wp notification center with windows 10. activated the same way as charm bar.
