    Windows 11 taskbar to right windows11

    my windows 11 taskbar is uncentered it looks like this (you have to fullscreen to see how bad it looks). Can someone help me fix it

    Microsoft Word 2010 Lines and Ruler Help!

    How would I create lines to go across and up and down to touch the ruler on the top and the left side? How would I determine the center of the top and left side of the ruler? How would I insert a picture to line up with the lines in the ruler after I place them there?
