    Windows 7 New HTPC Windows 7 will not sleep when it should

    I have changed my HTPC from a tower to the HTPC case. New everything except the Ceton InfiniTV 4 PCI card/cable card. Have identical Windows 7/64 Pro systems. Tried to copy all the power / sleep settings. New HTPC system will not sleep when it should. It is set to sleep after 10 minutes...
