  1. Windows Explorer Doesn't Refresh (Buggy Libraries)

    Link Removed - Invalid URL Microsoft has tried to fix this, but the problem still remains......See recent comments at the bottom. New complaint with Explorer 9 "Refresh Button" doesn't refresh. This has also been reported after downloading Chrome Frame. :-@
