    If one uses something like Irfanview to enlarge an image, most often it will cause the image to become pixelated and out of focus, becoming unusable for my purposes. Is there some software or method to enlarge an image and retain it's original clarity?

    I am using 21.5 inch lcd with 1920 X 1080 resolution. While the clarity is good, I'd like to increase the overall font size by one point. How can I do that please ?
