    Windows 7 Windows Taskbar icons

    So far, I have Windows7 and it seems to be ok, but one thing that is driving me crazy, and I really don't even know how to search it online is the taskbar icons, when I click on them, I want them to pop up to a full screen, what happens now, is when I click on them, a small preview window opens...

    Windows 7 Changing the Click and Drag Action.

    Is there anyway to change it so that if you click and drag a file from one folder to another it will cut and paste it instead of making a clone of it?
