    Windows 7 Downsize click area of icon

    I downsized the icons on the desktop using the CTRL+Scroll option (works fine). As I would also like to keep using the "align to grid" option (instead of not using it at all) I would like to downsize the click area of the Icons (which stays as wide as it was originally) so that I can get the...
