    Windows 7 Windows 7 Print Spooler will not start for anything!

    I have Windows 7 Home Premium and I cannot get the print spooler to start or stay started. I have tried the regedit, cmd. , Services.msc, Msconfig. to no avail. It's bizarre.     Windows 8 EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE -> Cant select "Change drive letter and paths"

    I tried to change the drive letter because it wont appear, but it didnt work. I have tried the CMD method with the volumes but the volume did not show up.
