  1. Windows 7 explorer: how to display column with 'encoding'?

    I got a folder with loads of files. I need to see which have been saved as utf-8. So fat the only way is to open each file in notepad, do 'save as' and then check if the set encoding is utf-8 (next to the buttons). This is a realy pain. In explorer I right-mouse-clicked in the column header...
