Please recommend a simple PDF editor for Windows 10
Once in a while I need to highlight or underline a sentence in a PDF file and save with the changes. If it has the capability to combine multiple PDF files into one or split PDF files that would be nice, but not necessary. I can't see spending $13 a month for Adobe Acrobat and Foxit PhantomPDF...- Lighthouse
