Windows 7 BSOD all of a sudden

Windows 7 Windows 7 programs jumping, can any1 help.
I am having trouble with my programs being jittery when started and not running correctly. This problem seemed to have started when i had to forcefully remove a Duit Engine and a Toolbar (dont know if it has messed with reg. files).
