If I ask Google how many computer companies are a certain nationality, a bit later I get an email regarding that topic. Does that mean I am being monitored? Coincidentally, I am also getting tons of spam.
It is too much of a coincidence that it is by chance.

What do you think will happen to software companies that are based over seas, if and when the stuff hits the fan? Who will be running them? Can we trust them after the musical chairs stop? Should we be thinking about switching to all american software soon?

We know this is an RC so it's not officially in production yet.
What is the view / legal position you think Microsoft would take on Testing the RC in a "Productive" environment, or even in the "development"...
