    Windows 7 My windows live messenger cannot add my friend

    When I add him, he doesn't show up on my list. Not even as offline. He also added me and we can't see each other. I noticed this only happens on my hotmail account and not my live account. Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
