    I am using windows 10 Home, and have scored a large screen good quality dumb TV, I are using the original Computer monitor as the Base monitor, and have 2 connections to the TV monitor, (RGB) and (HDMI).     Windows 10 Win 10 Stars on Blank Screen

    Whenever I boot up or restart my PC, it'll always start on the next screen (which is bank) instead of the screen with all my icons and links. How do I make this screen the default?
