Ok about a week ago I came home to my folder options not being right. The way I had all my folders view set up just doesnt seem to be working anymore. I can change the view to my folders and exit the folder and reopen it and it will be changed again. My desktop is pretty much doing the same...

Hi,
as stated in the subject, I wonder how to prevent windows from stealing focus from whatever your working on whenever some other running app, howvever unimportant, calls for attention?
This focus-stealing drives me up a wall, and it's not helpful at all for keeping ones train-of-thought...
Ok, this is a very weird one..
I loaded an application on Windows7 that will not launch when i am sitting in front of it.
If i remote Desktop to the PC and launch it, it launches and works fine!
Does anyone have any ideas on this one?
