    Windows 10 bluetooth no go mp3 player

    I have done all the steps to get the BT ur and running on new mp3 player but can't seem to get it to go. When I do the steps, it comes up with unknown number of something I guess in my house. Seems like it should come up with the model # so I can pair it. I have the model # but it does not show...
