I have Windows 8.1 Pro and I have a problem with the taskbar. Sometimes, maybe about a quarter of the time, when I click on a taskbar button to switch to whatever program I get a system 'ding' and nothing happens. If I click the same spot right afterwards it works normally, and it does not...
