The only views that display the icon labels UNDER the icons are the Medium, Large and Extra Large Icons. I prefer the Small Icons View, but it displays the labels on the right side of the icons.
Is there any tweak or tool that would move the labels under the Small Icons?
Thanks.

Hi Folks.
I'm hoping I can find a way to modify this behaviour, if only to save my beady cataract filled eyes some work. When I crawl through the Folder-Views of my HDD, any highlighting I can manage will be a pale blue background. I would really like to change this background feature to some...
I am attempting to do what I thought should be a simple Windows & function: to display the size of a folder just as it does individual file size. Surely this is possible in Windows 7???

I want to be able to see the size of a folder or file when I hover the mouse over it, but it doesn't seem to work. I have the option 'display folder size information in folder tips' selected... Is there something I'm missing? Ideally I'd like to display folder size in the column like you can...
Hi,
I recently upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7, and when sorting out my options i found that i cannot set up the text to be like it was on Windows XP, being how i want it. On XP, i had Clear Type set to off, so there was no multi-colored blurring around the text if you screen captured it...
