About this tag
The document default tag covers issues where software changes the default page size or document template in Microsoft Office. In one case, Brother Ptouch label software overwrote the standard page sizes (letter, legal) in Office 365, leaving only label sizes available. Reinstalling Office did not restore the defaults. This tag is relevant for troubleshooting problems with corrupted document defaults caused by third-party software or system changes.

Brother Ptouch Software corrupted Office 365

After updating the latest Brother Ptouch software (this is a label generating item) all the page sizes in Office 365 reflect the label sizes. There is no letter, legal. etc. I reinstalled Office 365 but the problem still exists.
