About this tag
The tag 'downstream' on WindowsForum.com covers discussions about measuring and monitoring downstream data traffic, particularly in the context of ISP speed promises and data caps. Users seek software to track the quantity of downstream traffic over time, as opposed to just instantaneous speed tests. Additionally, the tag appears in technical threads about DirectShow filter connectivity issues on Windows 8 and Windows 7 SP1, where a downstream filter fails to connect. These topics reflect user concerns with network performance and software compatibility on Windows systems.

I'll find out when I get home and the deal is done. Yeah, right - the grocer would never get away with that, but ISP's do. There is reliable...- Commander_Cool
