drive cleaner

  1. Windows 10 windows cannot acces the specified device, path or file

    Hi After I run a c: drive cleaner when I turn on my pc a popup shows saying "windows cannot acces the specified device, path or file..." see screenshot. Please could you help? I am not allow to open any Ms application it shows that the c: drive is full and even I cleaned it it is still red
