    Windows 7 How to read off administrator password?

    Hello i got one little problem :p. When i was having a administrator permission on Xp i could read the password when i was logged in with program ( i was using Elcomsoft Proactive System Password Recovery ). Now im using Windows 7 and i got administrator permission but only my dad know password...
