    Windows 7 missing msvcr80.dll

    Windows7 64 bit custom enterprise image HP laptops trying to launch exe from Desktop will make this error come up and app wont launch. from some laptops it will and not others? I;ve tried installing the vcred stuff from Microsoft but still doesnt work. has all the updates anything else i can...
