Windows 7 Monitor will not come out of standby....
I have a Foxconn A7GM-S motherboard (with onboard ATI Radeon HD 3200 graphics ) with the latest BIOS flashed into it ( 799F1P15 ) with 4 GB of ram installed in my system with a SVGA 17" CRT monitor plugged into the VGA port.
