    Windows 7 Windows Installer failure 1719

    Running Win7 64bit. Have spent hours on various forums with a ton of "so called solutions." Windows Installer doesn't show up under services at all. Can't find a download to reinstall since it should use v5. The v4.5 won't install. Suggestions?

    Windows 7 Help! WindowsInstaller (5.0) Will Not Work
